Very bizzar sound. Trying to sleep with ear plugs but the sound is able to penetrate the ear plugs. You can imagine the difficulty sleeping. The noise is heard throughout the house including the basement. I turned the breaker off hoping to locate it to an appliance but it is outside the house. Seems to be comming from the ground, travelling through the foundation of the house.
